At Víya, every consultation is tailor-made to meet your unique needs—whether it’s for an engagement ring, wedding band, or another meaningful accessory. When it comes to engagement rings, our mission is to make the process as seamless and stress-free as possible.


We understand that designing the perfect ring can feel overwhelming—not knowing who to trust or whether your dream design can truly come to life. That’s where we come in. Víya was founded to provide a personalized experience for those preparing to propose. Over the years, we’ve refined our process based on invaluable client feedback, creating a structured yet flexible approach to guide you every step of the way.

This first step is all about getting to know you! Whether virtual or in-person, our consultation focuses on understanding your vision, goals, and budget. There’s no pressure and no commitment—just an open conversation to explore your dream ring.

Step 2: Gemstone Selection

Once we’ve aligned on your vision, the fun begins! Using our expertise, we curate a selection of gemstones tailored to your preferences and budget.

Before diving into the options, we’ll walk you through everything you need to know about your purchase. For example, if you’re considering diamonds, we’ll explain the 4Cs (cut, color, clarity, and carat) and what makes each stone truly special. Prefer gemstones? We’ll do the same for rubies, sapphires, emeralds, and more.

Through an educational deck customized for you, we aim to create informed buyers, regardless of whether you choose Víya. After the presentation, we’ll review the gemstones together, highlighting their unique qualities. Take your time—sleep on it if you need to. Our goal is for you to feel 100% confident and excited about your choice.

Step 3: Ring Design

Now for the most exciting part: designing your custom ring!

Whether you’ve been inspired by a simple design online or dreamed up something entirely unique, we’re here to bring it to life. This step is a true collaboration, and we’ll guide you through every phase:

  • - Hand-sketching your design
  • - Creating a 3D CAD model
  • - Casting it in your chosen metal

Once the ring is crafted, we’ll set and polish the stones, have it professionally appraised, and package it beautifully—ready for pickup or shipping.
